Orders are processed within 3–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders. Delivery estimates and rates are as follows:

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
UniPaws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us—we’ll do our best to assist.
7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments. These are not included in your order total.
